Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note prints on demand can not be returned.

How to return

Please return the item in its original condition and packaging. The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as I cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit. Once the returned item has been received, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Note: If a returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging or handling during the return shipment, I reserve the right to deduct any loss of value from the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
