prologue
For Your Impact is a newly founded impact agency. Founded by 2 experts with a rich background in Corporate Social Responsibility. They are well-known in their field (textiles, fashion, design, sports, leisure, industrial trading companies) and have been able to assist many clients since their start.
Where they initially worked under the radar (think non-disclosure contracts), it is now time to show the outside world who they are and what they do.
challenge
The founders of For Your Impact are masters in making an impact. They both bring about 20 years of experience in leadership positions and their reach is large. They develop and implement sustainability strategies, create circular business models, are familiar with production countries, transform existing organizations into a B corp, make sustainability goals transparent, discussable & accessible, help with impactful communication, manage philanthropic foundations, etc.
The question; How do you narrow down their knowledge, expertise, and mindset to make an identity and website design that fits?
And how do you distinguish yourself as an impact agency, now that these grow like mushrooms after a rain, filled with smooth talks and flashy sites based on only a handful of experience?
solution
The founders are practical, positive, hands-on, and have a strong sense of justice, which should be reflected in their identity and UX design.
When we delve deeper into their core, a few things immediately stand out. The founders are convinced that companies play a key role in making society more sustainable and equal. They do not believe in charity, but in bringing empowerment and self-reliance.
This practical, hands-on, almost activist message is reflected in their identity. No cowardly, unclear logos or quick marketing copy. But an identity that is bright and stands for something. A vivid, distinctive color choice that radiates positivity, reliability, and optimization. Fonts that are empathetic and personate trust. And a clear website that emphasizes the differences between CSR and philanthropy at a glance. With a clean graphic layout that serves the expertise of FYI in bite-sized chunks to the reader.
